DarkHosting License Agreement

Important Notice:

By using DarkHosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

1. Service License

DarkHosting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our hosting services subject to these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DarkHosting.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to: Attempt to bypass or modify DarkHosting's security measures, reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services, use our services for illegal activities or unauthorized purposes, resell or redistribute our services without written permission, exceed allocated resources or abuse system resources.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Services are billed on a monthly basis. Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase. DarkHosting reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on DarkHosting's platform are owned by DarkHosting. Users retain ownership of their own content hosted on our services.

6. Termination

DarkHosting reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these terms. Users may terminate their services at any time through their control panel.
